Hi I've owned several IEM's in the past three years:
 
- Sunrise Audio Xcape Impressive Edition
- RE-ZERO
- RE-400 (2x)
- RHA MA750i  (2x)
 
They have all died from a broken cable or loose connector so...
I'm now looking for an in-ear headphone with a detachable cable so I can easily replace it when they break..
I like neutral-sounding headphones. The RE-Zero´s where quite possibly the headphones I liked the most because of their sound signature.
 
Do you know of any headphone which matches the description between US$100 and $200 ? So far I've only found the SE215.

If you can scrape together a little more than the $200....look at the Fidues.  The A83 is removable and one hell of an iem at $280.

Another option in that range is the Ety ER4's.
