One of the tweeters on my midiland s2-4100s got destroyed while in transit, and I just about gave up my hopes on getting it fixed. Ordering similar sized units from partsexpress looks like a viable alternative. After a thorough search, I ended up with two models that look most similar to the original ones - 0.5'' poly dome tweeters.

I would prefer something that has warm, forgiving and soft sound signature. What kind of change in sound I should expect from the doubling the tweeter size?

If anyone has first hand experience with either unit, please share your opinion with me.
