I did a search, but I am fairly certain that this is an isolated case. I purchased a bunch of CDs from http://www.yourmusic.com on 10-16 and 10-17 while charging it to my AMEX ONE credit card. The totals have not been reflected in last month's billing statement. Nor this month as of yet. I called AMEX twice to confirm that yourmusic.com did charge the amounts, but they did not submit a receipt for payments to AMEX yet. So, I wound up sending a whole bunch of e-mail messages to yourmusic.com to ask them why it is taking them so long to bill me for my purchases. I received my CDs weeks ago.

Is there a telephone number (preferably toll free) whereby I can reach yourmusic.com and speak with a customer service representative about this issue? Has anyone here encountered this situation before with your account?

What else should I do now? I just want to pay my bills ASAP with yourmusic.com!

Good luck getting a hold of anyone at YM.

There are lots of complaints going around about YourMusic and BMGMusic. It is almost as if they are quietly clearing out their inventories in preparation of shutting down. Very little new music is coming in and lots of music is being deleted.

Customer service is non-existent at YM. There are no real people running this site, I've tried making contact too, good luck to you

Exact same situation going on with my account @ YM, and for a massive $200 charge on their e-mail buy 3 get one free promotion. Recieved my CDs and now for over a month haven't been paid by withdrawal from my bank account. So, I called my bank and left a notation there as to the situation, and I simply balance my account less that ammount. A real pain, not knowing when they will finally submit the withdrawal, though.

Thanks for confirming mine isn't the only account so affected, as there is some relief in at least knowing this.

I sure hope they don't go out of business, as I've found them to be a great resource...
