I did a search, but I am fairly certain that this is an isolated case. I purchased a bunch of CDs from http://www.yourmusic.com on 10-16 and 10-17 while charging it to my AMEX ONE credit card. The totals have not been reflected in last month's billing statement. Nor this month as of yet. I called AMEX twice to confirm that yourmusic.com did charge the amounts, but they did not submit a receipt for payments to AMEX yet. So, I wound up sending a whole bunch of e-mail messages to yourmusic.com to ask them why it is taking them so long to bill me for my purchases. I received my CDs weeks ago.
Is there a telephone number (preferably toll free) whereby I can reach yourmusic.com and speak with a customer service representative about this issue? Has anyone here encountered this situation before with your account?
What else should I do now? I just want to pay my bills ASAP with yourmusic.com!
