Ok so I've had my Triple fi for 8 months now, the first crappy cables broke after 2 months. Now my second pair of cables has broken. The brand I have now is the westone ones.

On these the metal that makes the cable bendable snaps in 2. And then the metal ends tares down the sound cable for me. First of all is there another pair of cables I should buy instead? And how can I avoid doing this kind of damage to the cables. I don't usually wear them in my pockets but it happens. But it just feels like this happens after a while?
Also I know the westone cables are a bit bigger where you connect them, Any tips for removing them without ruining the earphone?
