How do I do boolean searches? it seems like all the searches use the "OR" condition but I want "and" conditions. I have tried using the word "and" or "+" and quotes but they always get stripped out and it reverts to "OR" conditions.

IIRC the regular Head-Fi search doesn't have boolean searches; one of the reasons Jude added the Google search.

Thanks! I thought I was nuts trying to make the regular search work. Interesting, if you search on the FAQ's, you have boolean ability but the word boolean doesn't find anything.

Umm, I think it's disabled for a reason: money.
Those who donate some can use the boolean operators. I just happened to read that page earlier today.

Groovy, I donated $20 and it looks like it's boolean by default now. If I use the word "or" that appears to be working also.

Just use the Google search with " " or + parameters.
