now i have odac o2. i do not think the system is good for k701 or hd650. so i am going to sell it and get something new. hope someone can give me some advices. i am a freshman, so i really do not know how to build a system.

Get a Schiit Asgard 3 and connect the O2 with ODAC line out to the Asgard 3 (my guess is HD650 on the O2 and AKG K701 on the Asgard 3):

ODAC O2 is more than enough to drive K701 and HD 650 to deafening levels. A different amp is not going to alter the frequency response in any way. It sounds like you just don't like the sound signatures of those two headphones. Have you considered using EQ to alter the bass and treble balance to your liking?

I would suggest looking into a tube/valve amp or perhaps a hybrid for the Hd650. (Does not have to be anything super pricey either.)
Mine never made sense to me until I tried that approach.
