I am going out of town on Friday, and fortunately I don't have to drive

, but I can't take any of my "good" phones, and my crappier ones are just about dead (slept on them, etc.). I wanted to get some cheap earbuds with good isolation and the best possible sound for the money. They must be >$20, and I need to get em today if possible. Order of importance is price, sound, isolation. Thanks for your help.

I'd reccomend the Sony EX70, but I'm unsure if you really meant to say <$20 (which would mean less than $20) or not. The ex70 is $50 list.

Well, if it is >$20, try the Etymotics!

Though if it is <$20... I think the Koss plugs are the only option...

Hmm....try the MX500.......NO isolation.....but it's VERY cheap, sounds better than the EX70, IMO, and.......hmm.....it's cheap.......

not sure if you can get it by Friday (meaning tommorw?).....

Yup get the mx500's, if you havent already bought the earbuds.
I mean, ur priorities are price (theyre very cheap) sound (they sound good, especially for the money) and lastly isolation. these give no isolation but hey the price and sound are good, im sure isolation doesnt matter that much....

The Koss plugs are crap. If you need something with a bit of isolation you will have to step up to EX-70s. The Plugs don't really isolate anything anyway.
