Just yesterday, I won the Audio-GD NFB-10.2 from Toxic Cables. Since they're in the UK, the amp that's getting sent to me is 220V, and I live in the US, so I need a step up transformer. Which one would suffice for a desktop amp like that? I've had my eyes on http://www.amazon.com/Goldsource-STU-1000-Voltage-Transformer-Converter/dp/B0022TVX2Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1355069974&sr=1-1&keywords=goldsource+stu-1000 because of the good reviews, but do I really need 1000W, or will I be fine with something cheaper?
