Hey guys .. =)

I am very dissatisfied with my room. I want to place things better but I'm quiet bad in it. I want a place where it's great to listen to music.. I need a goodlooking place =X I made a mini map of my room. Maybe you guys have any ideas of how to place things better..

I have 3 problems:

The headphone problem: The headphone way is extremly complicated and very annoying:

The sweet pot problem: The sweepot of the speakers is at the bed

I hate listening to music in bed:

The last problem is that I have doors on each "short" side. So connecting things with cables from one "long" to the other "long" side is annoying.. I would have to put the cables along the doorframe (=sux).

Have you guys any ideas? My room doesnt even LOOK good!

I'm kinda frustrated.

sry for my english and

I know how you feel. I lived with an arrangement in room for years where everything was, like in your room, interfering with everything else.

The first thing I would do is move your bed into the corner. I've never, ever walked into a room with a bed in the middle of a wall and liked it. Although the HGTV people do this all the time because it looks nice, I think it's a complete waste of space that looks nice in a picture but doesn't invite you into the room the same way a big open space does.

Put the speakers on either side of your desk. You're probably using your headphones more right now because your speakers are so poorly placed. You're going to want to use those while you're at your desk, duh!

" width="" /> Although the speakers will be really close to the wall and really close to you, which is sonically unideal, guess what, at least you'll be using them! This isn't a proper listening room...don't expect perfection.

This would be my arrangement. It creates an open space in the middle of your room that will make it feel more spacious and more appealing, plus your desk is more likely to be by a window, which is a huge plus, at least for me.

Try putting some strategically placed shelves and sideboards in to maximise space.

I got some funky ones here  http://www.fashion4home.co.uk/shelves-sideboards
