I really didn't wanna create an entire thread for this problem but i hoped that everyone could see it.
 
and ... YES, it runs very hot to the extent that it produces like a burning smell, the first time that happened i let it play for more couple of minutes and i saw a slight smoke coming out of the side vents so i opened it up and here's what i found

you see this .. i think it's called power transformer, when i play the M-stage for about 10 min, it gets very hot, not warm, i can't put my finger on it for 2 seconds. Is this normal or what ?!!
 
any input would appreciated

yea, smoking should probably not be considered normal.
 
Is it set for the right voltage? Is it new? New issue?

If it starts burning your finger, then it is definitely not normal. 
If the amp is new, you should return it to the trader.

thanks but i it's fine now.
the amp is set to 110v and the 110v-plug is unstable in my room, it goes slightly up and down sometimes. now that i have a voltage regulator no problem so far.
i'm gonna delete the thread after a few hours

I would be concerned that your amp sustained permanent damage that may degrade quality or cause it to fail, though...
