I'm planning on buying a new pair of headphones, so far I've narrowed my list to
Audio Technica ATH- AD300
JVC HARX700
Denon AH-D310
Sennheiser HD 429
Koss ProDJ100
Audio Technica ATH-T500
Beyerdynamic DTX 900
Audio-Technica ATH-M35
My budget is around 65 dollars extending it is not an option. Also I won't be buying another pair for 3 years so please factor that in your considerations.
I've no experience whatsoever in headphones and my previous ones were a Sennheiser MX 170 so I'm essentially moving up the ladder
Regarding my musical preferences, i mostly listen to metal, classic rock, western classical and occasionally to shoegaze, hip-hop and rap. One thing i should mention is that I'm looking for a pair that accurately captures the ambience of the music, and should be faithful to the amount of reverb in the music. I've included some links so you'll get the gist of what I'm talking about.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LseSx_hPJyQ (0:11- 0:25 that stream of sound in the background that moves sort of like an undercurrent)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kEfRHBXKIM (needless to say this track has a thick, fuzzy feel to it)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAzPNM9Ad5o (the reverb i was talking about)
I'm not a basshead but a decent amount of punch, taut reproduction is always welcome.
Thank you
