Ok, so I've decided to sort a little bit all of my tips and while I was doing it I ran into a pair of tri-flanges that I don't know where it came from but turned out it works great for vsonic iems and with my meelec a161p, so right now I want to get hold of more pairs of it.
The tip looks like the small meelec tri-flanges that come with m6, s6, a161p etc. but has longer stem and wider-bore like the big meelec tri-flanges.
The thing is, the big meelec tri-flanges sound great with some iems but are a little too big for me and can be uncomfortable while the small one for some reason have narrower bore, which affects the sound, so these mystery tips are pretty good middle ground for me.
Here are some comparison pics.

As you can see the stem is about the same as the big meelec -tri-flanges while the small meelec tri-flanges have thicker stem.
I suspect it might be a meelec tri-flange but a revised version as they have changed some of their tips before but I'm not sure. If someone has and idea where it comes from it would be nice. Also maybe someone who got meelec m6, s6, a161p, a151 recently can check the small tri-flanges and whether they are like this mystery one or like the the one in the pics with the small bore and short stem.
