[Guysakar]

A few months ago I was looking at a pair of earphones made by a hearing aid company. The part where the music came out looked like a thin wire which set inside your ear. They looked really interesting, and like you could easily wear them all day long.
 
Anyone know what they are called or any reviews on the sound quality?
