I just got mine, and the packaging seems... flimsy, to say the least.

The hard plastic box-thingy is held together at the top with two pieces of tape. It doesn't seem right - did I get a repackaged one?

I guess Made in China manufacturing tends to skimp whenever possible. It's not the sound, so that's a relief!

Yeah I seem to remember tape on my box too. The headphones were in brilliant condition, though, so I never thought anything about it after that.

Same here. For the first time, we're starting to worry about packages that don't have an impenetrable blister-pack.

hmmm... as long as it sounds alright, there should be no problem eh? especially with the warranty and stuff. no worries.
