I have Sennheiser PC350's and the mic has been broken for a while now, usually it would cut in and out as I pulled on the cord but it's completely broken now. Also, the ear pads on them are completely worn and nothing is left. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can fix either of these problems?

Fixing the earpads is easy: buy replacement pads. You can even choose between pleather or velours.

When you say the mic cuts in and out when you pull on the cord, where exactly are you pulling the cord?
Near the plug where it goes into the computer? Near the remote? or near the strain relief on the headset?

If the problem is near the the remote you can only replace the cable. If it is near the plugs you might be able to replace the plug.
If it is near the headset itself there is a small chance that you just have a dead solder connection on the tiny PCB in the left earcup which could be fixed.
