So, soon I will be doing a purchase on my first decent portable rig. I have been wondering if a S:Flo2 -> $150 - $200 Amp -> RE0's will sound worse/equal/better than S:Flo2 -> Audio Technica CK10's.
I heard the headphone out of the S:Flo2 is good on it's own though.
Also, I need help with figuring out what IEM's under 300 AUD would be best for me. I do really like the sound signature of my HD-650's, and I prefer a smooth, a bit laid back, slightly darker sound. I currently have Metro Fi 100's, and they have a bit 'too' much bass and can be a little bit too 'in my face'.
What does headfi recommend me to do?
