I need help in choosing over-ear headphones.
I don't know much about headphones.

The MDR-7506 should serve you well then if you need better comfort, look into the Beyerdynamic 250 pads

JVC HA-S680, more of a on-ear/around ear headphone.
Sells for around $80 on eBay.

You might want to consider Superlux HD681 or HD668b for an open headphone, and for closed JVC HARX700. If you don't mind spending more, or if they go back down to about 60, consider the Creative Aurvana Live! headphones.
