I purchased an AGPTek A20s MP3 player about 4-5 months ago. Recently I noticed that I get a USB device not recognized malfunction error when I try to connect it to a PC for transfering files. So I can no longer access the storage space on the mp3 player. It will still charge through a PC.
I looked around online, for solutions to this problem and they all failed to fix it. All the solutions seem to be under the assumption that there is something wrong with PC. However, I have also tried different PCs and different usb cords with the same result.
I do not see anything physically obstructing the micro-usb port of the mp3 player either.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and found a way to fix it?
Thanks
