I recently bought a x-fi elite pro and did some rmaa tests and the strangest things... guess what...
The external console has inferior quality than the pci card itself...
Now the question is, does the console have other DAC's or ADC's?
If it has the same chips, it could be because of the opamps...
What opamps should I use and where can I obtain them from?
Will replacing the opamps improve the rmaa test results on the external console?
