So far I’m thinking
Sennheiser jubilees
Creative labs x3 dac

is there better option only care about footsteps and direction sounds

The Schiit HEL is another amp/DAC worth considering. Great product, low distortion, plenty of amp power, and easy to return if there are issues. The HyperX Cloud Alpha is another headphone that I discovered that works tremendously well for gaming. Great sound, comfortable for hours, built like a tank, and it has a replaceable cable and mic.

Massdrop/Sennheiser HD58X headphones and a Creative Labs X3 DAC/amp, looks like a good bang for the buck setup.

if you only care about 3D audio that Sennheiser is probably the last thing you should be looking at save for Grado.

fulla and hel are really good, seriously, if you need mic functionality
