DAC/AMP is gonna be used mostly with the PC, but i still want to have portable device, so thats first thing.
Second, i have Rock-It R50 ... i would like to get a bit warmer/bigger sound in mids and lows out of the amp if possible ... that way i would have somewhat cold and analytical headphone with warm amp so i would have a choice ...
Third is money ... lets say around 100 bucks?
