I have ~700 to spend on everything: headphones, amplifier, DAC, audio interface, etc...whatever's needed. I'm still considering the Presonus Firebox...eventually I'd like to record with my Novation KS-4 and get some monitors or a stereo of some sort, but I thought I should consider a more hi-fi related solution, since there's no need for that capability right now.

BTW, the headphones on my list include: A900, HD650, and MS-2...I don't want this to be the focus of the discussion...but those are the headphones I'm considering. I'm more curious about what I can do with the ~$400 left over...if there's a better solution than the Firebox (or the likes, i.e. M-Audio 410) for headphone listening.
