I am about to go grab some hd-595's, and i was just wondering what kind of amp would be best for me:

I am going to be listening with it at home, through either my ipod or my stereo (Panasonic SA-AK320), and i listen to a lot of Pink Floyd, phish, bands like that (a lot of live concerts)

I'm willing to spend up to about 150$, maybe 200$....

For that price range, a new or used Portaphile amp is a good choice. It can run on a 9v or AC power and sounds very good for the money. I know you said you're listening at home, but since you have an iPod, you could take the amp with you on the go.

Also check pimeta amps as I seem them recommended often and are in your price range.
