I am looking for $200 headphones for a friend as a birthday gift. He is not an audiophile just an average consumer.I am considering the vmoda m80 or the logitech ue 6000. No other recommendations please

Also add the vmoda lp2 and lp Noise isolation is important he travels on the subway everyday

Vmoda's have a vent, so isolation is poor. So UE6000.
