Like the title said I need some recommendations for a flash for my Canon EOS Digital Rebel. The flash is to be used mostly for sporting events(action shots and the like). Guess I could just go for a Canon Speedlite 420EX or 430EX but is there something that will be a better performer yet be more bang for the buck? Sure could use some suggestions.

Sunpak. Not "made" quite as well - feels just a touch "cheaper" - but you can get the same GN in Sunpak for less with good shopping.
