Thanks for the link. I finally got made a clip of this movie but the clip was on superhigh speed when I played it back. There was no sound also. How do you use this program anyway? haha

Isn't final cut for apples only? Is there a trial version?

I should have said for the consumer/prosumer market. We have an AVID Symphony at work on NT as well as 2 DS-HD systems. We just got a FCP HD system as well. In the professional market it's a little finicky to say the least...

Regular VirtualDub doesn't handle MPEG2 files (due to patent and liscensing issues), however VirtualDubMod does.

I use TMPGEnc http://www.tmpgenc.net, works well.
