I'm currently using a ibasso d6, however just recently ive had some issues with it outputting a static noise to my HP. Thats happens whether or not im playing music and im not sure why.
 
I would like to get something sub ~300 unless there is significant cause to go higher with my setup.
 
 
This will mostly stayed attached to my work laptop at my office (which is a noisy lap environment with frequent conversation) but i wouldnt mid the ability to use it with my galaxy S7e or at home if it can surpass my Creative Zx sound card.

And even better when just using its DAC connected to a headphone amp.

Why not get a Cayin C5 or Fiio E12a and use them with your phone. Then grab an ODAC to keep with your computer to hook the headphone amp up to? Or maybe you'll find that the headphone amp is enough when hooked to your Creative card.

most of those measurement are likely done on the equinox variant. Unfortunately i have the Snapdragon, and it has a fairly harsh sound to my ears
