You guys might remember me asking about the Archos 605 but in the end it is indeed too large for everyday use. I thought I'd be able to cope but it's not working out. It's like 5x bigger than my iRiver and with my keys, cel and chapstick it just doesn't work out.
I'm just gonna give the 605 to my friend for a bday gift so I'm in the market again for another PMP. And this time I hope it to be significantlly smaller. And before you ask why I give him such an expensive gift so easily, he got me a PS3 for mine.
So far I'm thinking of the Zune 30GB or 80GB.
I should also note that I'm anti ipod so those aren't even an option.
I'm just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for a 'smaller' PMP.
Only criteria for a suggestion is that it isn't gigantic, has at least 20GB of storage and isn't an iPod
Thanks for any suggestions
Edit: I'm also wondering if the only difference between the Zune 30 and 80 is just capacity. Or if the 80 has more features or anything.
I've done some digging, and looks like the 80 has a better scroll wheel, so I'll probably end up getting that one if I do indeed get a Zune.
