What do you use?

Any recom. for a tight snug fit case, that will not cause any attention when travelling?

There are products around but the question is how much do you want to spend.  For around $45, there are several available from ALO Audio. You can just go to the site and look under Accessories.  
 
I personally use a small canvas one, slightly padded, that I found at a street fair in NYC for about $4.  Price was right but I don't know where you can find a similar one.  Sorry.
