I own the HD 598s, I love them and it works well with my fiio E10.  Im looking for a second headphone that will complement this thats a bit darker and with a bit more oomph in the bass.  My budget is <$200 and I prefer not to buy used headphones.  Doesn't necessarily need to be an upgrade but just a nice different, complement to the 598s.  Btw I really have sensitive ears.  I've listened to the Shures before and they were cold and ruthless.

What about the Aiaiai TMA-1's? they are dark with a nice bass punch.

Is there a particular genre of music you want these for?

The Ultrasone HFI-580 will definitely offer you the extra oomph in the bass. If you want a lot of extra oomph, the Audio-Technica Pro700mk2 would be a good choice. The HFI-580s are little better rounded for all genres than the Pro700mk2s in my opinion. They're also more comfortable. The Pro700 has the worst ear pads and will squeeze your head like a vise initially, so plan on buying the M50 pads with them and giving them time to stretch a little.

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80-Ohm, nice full bass.
