Ok, when i first got my nano, i didn't realli like the SQ... i was using a zen micro 5gb before..

but now, it sounds totally fine... anyone could explain?

i have a zen micro and a nano-

i find that their sound quality is the same- this is from using grado sr60s and portapros

Sounds to me that you just got accustomed to the "flatter" sound of the nano; I bet if you go back to the micro you'll remember the differences again!
