Name of the company that make "Beats" looking headphones with no logo on the outside of the earpieces.

I cannot, for the life of me, remember the company that makes headphones that sorta look like Beats headphones, but aren't, and did not have a logo on their earpieces. I'm not necessarily even wanting to buy them, but I just have this nagging thing in my brain to figure out what company it was. It's tag line was basically "No hype, no endorsements" or something like that. I believe it was an American company, so I don't think it was cheap knockoff...just very similar looking. Can anyone help me? It's really starting to bother me that I cannot remember.... 

EDIT: Nevermind, as so I posted this, I remembered. Status Audio. Stupid brain.

It might be Yamaha's newer headphones, Dr Dre sued Yamaha claiming Yamaha copied the Beat's headphone style.
