Anyone find some solid replacement pads for these headphones?

nope, bought this after getting a recommendation, but they don't fit well (too small) and putting them in place may tear the pleather exactly where it needs to fit in ,rending it loose and not securely fit... I also ordered this over a year ago but this one was too deep, changing the sound profile too much. If anyone has a good replacement pad I'd be happy to hear about it
