I am thinking of buying a pair of NAD Viso HP50 after reading reviewers praising them too no end.
Anyone here know if they will sound good with dubstep and edm also is the fiio e17 enough to power them? Do i even need a amp/dac with these?
ill be using a sansa clip zip or my computer as a source.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

The clip is a pretty weak source. You probably will need an amp like a fiio e6. Your computer should be fine but a dac amp combo would help.

I thought the HP50s were fairly sensitive headphones. While I have not heard the HP50s, my experience with the Clip+ is that it does pretty good with 32 ohm headphones with that kind of sensitivity. They are more efficient than my K550s, which do just fine with the Clip+.

My guess is that they might even sound better with your Clip+ than your computer.

I would just get an audioquest dragonfly. If the nads are too quiet on your clip, then i would get the fiio e6.
