Does anyone have any experience with the NAD IPD 1 docking station?
I ordered one and it came in today. First there was no mini line out to connect easily to my portable headphone amplifier. It only has RCA outs. I mistakenly took its NAD data port for the mini line out in a photo.
I went ahead and used the RCA line outs with a mini on the other end to my headphone amplifier only to be surprised it did not sound as good as my ipod dock cable to the amplifier.
I am guess it is going to be non-returnable or more likely subject to a substantial restocking fee.
This was a learning experience.
