Can any IEM match the NAD HP50 in soundstaging. I heard the NAD HP50 and was blown away by its soundstage, but if possible would prefer an IEM due to convenience.
 
Budget is around 300 EUR. Any opinions about the HP20s please?

Yes--it's possible--and IEM's generally isolate you better from outside noise.
 
Still for me, the HP 50 is the superior in producing both sound stage and a natural music sound.

All or virtually all IEM's.  It's inherent in the design.
 
Never heard the HP20.
