I vote for the Rudistor Rp3

Cheers Andrea
It's an impressive looking amp, I will add to the possible choices list.

I think it's irresponsible to definitively conclude, based on hearing only the Rega, that the NAD is just as good as any $200 headphone amp. (And wouldn't it be generous of NAD to include the equivalent of a $200 headphone amp in their $400 integrated amp?)

You're free to believe what you want.

An audio dealer I trust told me that the Rega Ear is a lateral move compared to the BEE's headphone jack. Apparently, at least one person here agrees with this dealer.

I'm certain that there are headphones amps that do a better job of driving Sennheisers than the BEE does. However, I'm convinced that a major improvement would require a major investment (i.e., spending much more than the cost of the BEE). Dealers have told me as much, and based on auditioning I've done, I believe them. For example, I recently auditioned the latest Musical Fidelity XCan. Yes, the sound quality was better than the BEE's, but $400+ better? Not in my opinion.

Meanwhile, I think the original poster is still looking for recommendations for a headphone amp to drive his Grados.
