Are there any differences between these two besides their name? If there is , which one has better SQ?

NAD made some tweeks to the 320 by their chief engineer (his initials are BEE) who was responsible for some of their most successful products... I've never heard the 320, but delighted with my C320BEE.... lotsa bang for the buck.... see the NAD website... I think they describe what the tweeks were.

ic, well anybody here heard both? How big is the difference?

Sorry, never heard the original but i have the 320bee. It's amazing for so cheap. Lots of power, the rating is very conservative as usual for NAD. The headphone amp is pretty good too. I think it's better for high impedence cans though.
