So I was reading the forums over at Slickdeals and I saw some on the paid surveys and the mystery shopping. I know you can't get rich doing them or anything, but are they legit? There are all sorts of good things said about them at slickdeals, but for some reason I just don't trust anyone there, even the people with thousands of posts.

So, do you guys know anything about these kinds of things?

I used to do the PineCone Research surveys (the $5 a survey ones) a couple years ago. They were legit and I believe I got nearly $100 out of it.
