This is my first time using a tube amp, I am using Little Dot MK II with the HD650
 
And once I started using them, the tube became very very warm like a lamp bulb
Very warm my hands felt like burning when I touched them
 
Is that normal ?

It may come as a shock, but tubes get warm. Something to do with filaments and electricity I guess.

It's normal.
 
It has a lot of energy flowing. Energy translates as heat. Take a look at an older light bulb, hood of a car engine, the CPU/GPU in your computer, etc.

Sound normal. My Little Dot I+ tubes don't get too terribly hot, but my friend's Little Dot MKII tubes sure as hell do. Accidentally swiped my hand up against it and almost squealed.
