Well, here's a brief rundown of how I made this crazy masterpiece.
- Bought a plaster bust of Beethoven on ebay.
- Dremeled out the ears for my HD650's.
- Drilled holes for the square bend, and put it in.
- Put leds in his eyes and wired them to the sound activator
- Dremeled out place for ipod dock.
- Filled it up with plaster(came hollow).
- Added plaster to smooth out ears.
- Added felt to the bottom.
- Added felt to the ipod dock.
- Sanded and glossed the ears.
(lots of sanding and letting plaster dry in-between)

- 2" x 6" Stainless Steel Square Bend - $8.99 + $3.50 shipping = $12.49 LINK
- iPod mini firewire cable(for charging/syncing) - $6.49 + $6 shipping = $12.50
- Spray-on Gloss - free with $5 off coupon at Radioshack(hot deal from 2 weeks ago)
- 5-minute epoxy - free with $5 off coupon at Radioshack
- Grey felt - $0.20
TOTAL: ~$100 & 50+ man hours (it was fun!!)
I'm not very handy, so its amazing this worked out so well... more pics on the way
