Hi,
I just got my TASCAM DR-05, planning to do some recording stuff...
I thought, well, I can record output from DAP's and their amps as well....
And so I had some fun doing this, this afternoon![Headphone Smile :) :)](https://cdn.head-fi.org/e/headfi/smily_headphones1.gif)
I recorded the output of my iPod Classic, from the headphone jack, from amped with, FiiO E01, amped with iBasso D-ZERO with LOD, and connected digital with usb to Sony PHA-1. (and some cheap speakers, "live")
Now, what sounds best?, hehehe.
Read a bit more, and download the resulting flacs (135mb) from here:
http://gpwrite.com/tascam-dr-05-recordings-ipod-amplifiers/
For the scientists here, there are of course a lot of variables to consider here, also my precision in settings of volumes etc...
But can you hear a difference?
(source and recording all done in lossless 16bit/48khz)
