Ok that title was probably funnier sounding than it should be. But when I blow my nose too hard, I hear this squeeking noise in my right ear - sounds like air is escaping out of the ear. It doesn't happen to my left ear, and it's not just a one-time thing, it's been happening for a while now. Is there a hole in my ear drum or something? My hearing seems fine.
