I wonder whether all PS-1's started their lives as FS-1's? I think I prefer the writting style on the FS-1's!

Hmmm perhaps an internal examination is needed to see if its still got the guts of a wireless headphone. Have you taken a look inside at all?

It would be cool if you could find a pair that was not rebadged!

I too like the lettering on the FS-1 better and it would be damn rare.

That is AWESOME.

Really!

You are the very first one to show this - DOUBLE LETTERING! I can't believe it, it's not photoshopped to be imposed, wow.

Might I say, some folks may try to offer you a premium on those particular cans, just like that guy with the black grill MS-2i - weird one-offs like that are very cool.

Now I really want a freesystems, hehe! Someone fess up, who got that one in that store in Asia?

You don't see any 'ghost' lettering on yours?

I was so excited to listen when I got them I never really took a closer look. If there is I think it is more masked then yours is. Here is a pic of mine:

I'll do the CSI testing latter to see if it is the same.

Couldn't have been, not if the FS-1 became the PS-1. Different chamber size.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Seems to me that the FS-1 fell through and instead of junking the housings, John made a limited edition PS-1.

Any official statements made by Grado on this issue?

My understanding with the PS 1 is that the Freesystems developed the 'fones independant from Grando and approached them for the permission of the Logo and 'Grado badge' for the marketing purposes.

I am curious how much input John Grado had on the developement of both PS1 and FS1.
