Thanks--it's in my profile: Sigma DP2--which has a (nearly) DSLR sized sensor in a compact body. The propriatary Foveon sensor is worth reading about. A word of caution though--this camera is not for everyone. It has many "drawbacks" (read the reviews) but worth it if you are willing to put up with them for the image quality. Probably not a best all-around camera, but it suits my purpose as I am mainly only interested documenting still objects. The larger DSLR version looks promising--if it ever gets released (announced for at least two years or so now).
