Hi, my monster turbine pro coppers have decided to break, by this i mean one headphone is significant quieter than the other. The cable for the quieter headphone seems to be slightly longer than the other one, probably the reason for the headphone broken. I don't have a proof of purchase so I am not sure if i can get them repaired under warranty. I live in Surrey, UK, where would be the easiest place to get them repaired.
 
On another note 3 weeks ago my ipod touch decided to pack in, the touch screen is non responsive, any ideas where to get that repaired
