Excellent! I finally tried lamb shank for the first time. It was served at a Middle Eastern restaurant. The meat was slow braised in a liquid of mild spices. It was succulent, moist, juicy and falling off the bone. As a bonus, it was served on a bed of perfectly cooked basmati rice with other delicious sides. What a heavenly delightful lunch it was. An absolute pleasure! I am now going to take a nap and savor the memory of this delightful afternoon.
