My amp case (ATI 737U) for my CKK3 just arrived at my builder's place (her name I shall not reveil till completion). After some discussion about the carbon plating (the case is originally Alu) I decided that I wanted BOTH plates instead of one. It will be built so that, at any time, I can simply pop off the screws and the attenueator, and place on the other plate. Jokingly, she called it "Plate Rolling", which is now to be the official name of it for this amp. Has anyone ever made such an amp? If so, pics please!

The carbon for the faceplate is to be shipped out sometime soon my the manufacturer, and all the jacks n plugs will be on there way by next Friday. I'll post pics of the case soon, and more of the carbon once the arcrylic goes on.

The firestone-audio icute series amps have exchangable plates too. Great fun to try and match the colour of the rest of your set-up.

Do they actually come with different plates? I thought they only came with one.

What exactly is your problem? If you've got nothing positive to contribute, then contribute nothing.

Hello,

could you post or upload some more and better pictures of the case?
I'd like to by one of those myself but can't find any good pictures which show the details.

I mean how things are fastened together, front-plate especially.
And are there feet included?

Thank you
Sathimas
