How is the anodized color compared to Dave?

Its better than expected. I thought it would be too much shiny compared.

Now Mscaler fits Dave as a set

I must order 2 of the same nuts for the optical link. I only placed the units for the picture

Dave has the test optic receiver still that will be build in.

Now some internals:
Mscaler main and button PCB Mounted

Front with IR window

Optic receiver misses driver PCB still

Only missing rubber feet under my unit still
Where can i find half ball shaped ones..?

Next will be testing further on my optic link

For each foot maybe a low cylinder of hard plastic glued on to the base of the m scaler with a thin layer of sorbothane between them?

Plenty of sorbothane feet online in various sizes and durometer rating

There are some minor adjustments to do on the model to make it better fit like the button holes need to be a fraction smaller and the FPGA heatsink block a fraction lower.
But further its perfect.

It was a one shot try cause its not cheap to just keep remaking it

I could create more of them for others if theres interest but the assembling risks are for the buyers then
