Nice job there, I like the 90 degree plug work.

Speaking of possible flash cases, anyone seen those mint cases at Starbucks? Just eyeballing them they look like they're the absolute perfect size for the Shuffle, though they might be too small.

I think they're too short for the shuffle (the starbucks cases), but someone should try it to confirm!

I would use a little velcro adhesive strip to secure the player inside the tin. No rattling, less worries of it coming lose, and it's easily removable.

I didn't know it was that small the shuffle can't fit in one of those so I'm guessing thats pretty short

It actually fits snug inside the tin (must be the felt). I was worried about it moving around and stuff, but it doesn't.
